- Redemption Information:
  - Complimentary valet parking - When you arrive, follow the signs to Valet Parking.
  - Present this ticket to the attendant at the VIP Entrance to the right of the Front Gate – You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time to check-in. You will be asked to show identification to receive your VIP credentials.

- Restriction Special Notes:
  - By using this ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with this ticket.
  - This ticket is valid on your selected date and time only.
  - Ticket valid for one (1) VIP Tour admission to Universal Fan Fest Nights. Ticket includes a shared, expertly guided walking tour of the event, private VIP trolley transportation to select in-world experiences, unlimited express access (with VIP Tour credential) to select in-world experiences, rides, and attractions. Express access is a separate line with a shorter wait time at each participating in-world experience/ride/attraction. (Does not apply to food and retail locations or non-seated shows.)
  - Daytime admission to the Park is not included.
  - Ticket does not include early event access.
  - VIP Tour tickets are for shared tours of parties up to 12 guests per tour.
  - Ticket includes complimentary valet parking for one vehicle (not valid at self-parking).
  - Access to cash bar locations available during the tour (must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages with valid Photo ID).
  - You will need to arrive at the VIP reception 30 minutes before your scheduled tour departure time.
  - All VIP Tour content is subject to availability based on production schedules and other factors.
  - Children must be at least five (5) years old to attend the VIP Tour, and at least 17 years old to attend without an accompanying adult.
  - No outside food or beverages allowed.
  - Gages open at 7:00 p.m. each night. Check the www.universalstudioshollywood.com/fanfestnights website prior to your arrival.
  - Event occurs rain or shine. No rain checks or returns.Refunds require forty-eight (48) hours' advance notice of cancellation.
  - Universal Fan Fest Nights is a separately ticketed event.
  - Costumes must comply with costume guidelines, and no costume masks allowed. Guidelines will be enforced. All themed outfits including props and accessories are subject to Universal Studios Hollywood's final approval.
  - Universal Studios Hollywood's Code of Conduct will be strictly enforced.
  - Parking not included.
  - Ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  - Ticket may not be altered, copied, transferred, or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person named on it or when accompanied by the person named on it. Ticket cannot be combined with other offers, separately ticketed events, discounts, or sightseeing tours. .
  - Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.
  - By accepting admission, you assume all inherent risks and agree to release Universal and its affiliates from liability for illness (including communicable / infectious diseases), loss, injury, or damage related to your purchase or visit.
