How do I make my vacation reservations online?
Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations™ enables you to search hotel availability, create your travel itinerary, email an itinerary, and confirm a reservation. Use the reservation tool on any page to start your search. You can also use the How to Book section to review the steps for searching for a vacation package.

What is a Promotional Code?
A Promotional Code identifies special offers or vacation packages. If you have a promotion code, be sure to enter it in the reservation tool before hitting Search. If you do not have a promotion code, simply ignore the Promotion Code field, and continue building your vacation!

What is Universal Express™? How can I get it?
Universal Express™ allows you to skip the regular lines at all of the major attractions at Universal Studios Hollywood. With just one pass, you can ride the attractions when you choose without return times or having to worry about the availability of multiple passes throughout your visit. The Universal Express pass gives you one-time access to a separate queue in which you can expect significantly shorter wait times, giving you more time in your day to experience more of the attractions. Each Universal Express pass is valid for one day at Universal Studios Hollywood™.

Where can I find your discounts or Specials?
We offer a variety of different discounts or specials that constantly change. We are constantly updating our offers to show the best Universal vacation deal.

How do I book a vacation for ten or more rooms?
If you are planning a group vacation and need ten or more rooms, call our Groups Department at 1-800-447-0663, Mon-Fri 9:00AM-5:30PM EST. One of our Groups Department representatives will be happy to make your travel arrangements for you.

How do I make special room requests?

What methods of payment can I use?
You can use any of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

How do I know my online transaction is secure?
We utilize Verisign to encrypt and protect your personal information. Verisign keeps the data private and confidential between your computer and Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card number over the Internet. Look for two security icons: the "s" after "http" in the address line and the lock in the top menu bar and bottom status bar of your browser in Netscape (or in the bottom status bar only in Internet Explorer).

How will I receive my reservation confirmation?
When you purchase your Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations package online, your credit card is processed immediately and a confirmation is sent via email for your records. The confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered when completing the booking. Occasionally, email confirmations do not successfully reach their recipients. If you do not receive an email confirmation within ten minutes, you can contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-711-0080 for additional assistance.

How do I change my reservation after it is booked but prior to travel?
Contact us by calling 1-800-664-4679 to revise your reservation. Changes cannot be made less than three business days prior to departure. Changes made more than three business days prior to your departure date will be subject to applicable revision fees. Read our Terms and Conditions for information on our revision policies.

How do I cancel my reservation?
Contact us by calling 1-800-664-4679 to cancel your reservation. Be sure to read our Terms and Conditions for information on our cancellation policies

I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you forget your password, we can send you a reminder via email. Click Sign In at the top of the page, Input your “email address” and then click “Forgot Password.” Then you will receive link via email. Click the email link to request a password reset.

My computer uses a pop-up blocker. Will this affect how I use this web site?
A "pop-up blocker" is software your computer uses to disable any advertisements or windows that may appear when you use the Internet. This web site uses some pop-ups to provide additional information and to allow you to email travel itineraries. However, you can still confirm reservations, even if your computer uses a pop-up blocker.

As a general rule, if you click an item in the web site and the item does not appear, your computer's pop-up blocker may be preventing the item from displaying. You may want to temporarily disable the blocker, so that you can see the missing item.
